Buzzi is a company made up of people: the success of the entire Group depends largely on the commitment, motivation and sharing of values of individuals.
Based on the needs of the countries where the Company operates, we do training courses, enhance the skills learned in the workplace, and promote the assumption of increasing responsibilities, taking advantage of the interdisciplinary richness and the different geographies of the Group.
We adopt initiatives that contribute to improving the working conditions of our employees and supporting activities dedicated to our collaborators and their families.

The skills and expertise of our people, particularly from a technical point of view, are fundamental in the continuous growth and development of our company.

In every country in which we operate, we are committed to constantly enhancing the characteristics and skills of our people and offering professional growth opportunities to all employees.

Training activities are selected based on the needs emerging at country level. The main categories of activities are health and safety, environment, management systems, cement and concrete technology, project management, IT tools and foreign languages.

We constantly look for young undergraduates or newly graduates to include in our structure, and we work in partnership with university and leading research institutes to build specific training projects.

All our evaluations are based on merit. For this reason, throughout the selection process we exclude every possible element of discrimination, on grounds of gender, race, nationality, political and religious orientation, social condition. Candidates are chosen on the basis of criteria of professionalism and suitability, making use of adequate and consolidated tools and techniques in the selection process.

Our remuneration policy contributes to the goal of attracting, retaining, and motivating qualified people capable of building our competitive advantage.

The remuneration system, linked to the context of each reference market context, is performance-oriented and is aligned with business strategies, sustainability goals and main shareholders’ interests.

Our total compensation system can provide, in addition to fixed wages, variable wages typically linked to performance, cash bonuses, benefits such as health insurance, parenting support initiatives, educational incentives, paid volunteering days, hourly flexibility and smart working, supplementary pension funds; all in a physical work environment that offers guarantees on professional health and safety.

The purpose of the engagement activities is to ease interactions between the Company and its stakeholders so they can become opportunities of mutual growth and enrichment while at the same time helping to reduce any misunderstandings. Creating relationships of trust with stakeholders means dedicating the time required to get to know them, understand their expectations and concerns, listen to their requests, provide responses, and encourage their involvement in the life of our Company.
